On June 7, 2015 Mark ended his life; he was 30 years old.

Transformational Change

Transformational change and change management strategies are coupled themes of social technology requiring masterful planning and implementation, and cannot be constructed through the filtered lens of the past to be affective.  Emerging complexity in organizations involves disruptive patterns of innovation and change in situations in which the future cannot be predicted and addressed by the patterns of the past.  Old and limiting patterns of judgment and thought restrict the leader from suspending judgment to observe with fresh eyes.

Gilbert Make a Difference Day 2013 Grows

Gilbert, Ariz. - Since its start in February of 2012, participation in Gilbert’s Make a Difference Day has doubled.  On Saturday, October 26,  more than 1,300 people volunteered their time in our community to build relationships and make a difference. Projects included gardening, yard work, painting and rummagesales, and service locations were just as varied; local parks, non-profit organizations and elementary schools.

"Breakfast. It‘s scheduled for Thursday, April 5th, at 7:30 at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel. Registration is required and donations are being accepted for the homeless. It is an opportunity to assemble as a community and pray for the future of Tempe. It is also a chance to honor the work Hugh Hallman as done in the passed 8 years of his service to our city as Mayor."  Read more
